Early Years Skills Coach/Tutor
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Contract: Full-Time and Part Time Permanent Opportunities Available
Location: To cover Bradford and the surrounding area

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Early Years Skills Coach/Tutor to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in inspiring and supporting apprentices as they work towards their qualifications. From delivering dynamic training sessions to providing one-to-one coaching and assessment, you’ll be instrumental in guiding learners towards success.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Deliver engaging and interactive group training sessions, including induction
✔ Support apprentices through one-to-one coaching and workplace visits
✔ Assess and provide feedback on apprentices’ portfolios
✔ Deliver English and maths Functional Skills up to Level 2
✔ Monitor progress, set challenging targets, and help learners achieve their goals
✔ Maintain high levels of apprentice attendance, retention, and achievement
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 A background in Early Years with at least two years’ experience in the sector within the last three years
🔹 Experience delivering training to 16+ learners and adults
🔹 A passion for coaching, mentoring, and supporting apprentices to reach their full potential
🔹 A Level 3 Teaching Qualification (or willingness to achieve within six months)
🔹 A TAQA or equivalent assessor qualification (or willingness to achieve within six months)
🔹 Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and engaging approach
As this is a peripatetic role, you’ll need a full driving licence and access to a car, as training will take place across employer locations.
