We’re looking for a Performance Manager to lead our well-established, high-performing Chesterfield Training Centre, focusing on strong leadership, quality, and outcomes to ensure learners and staff achieve their full potential.

What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire
Manage, motivate, and develop a dedicated centre team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Drive performance and quality
Ensure the centre consistently meets and exceeds performance, quality, and compliance targets.
Champion learner success
Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports learner engagement, retention, and progression.
Safeguard and uphold values
Promote British Values and ensure learner safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding standards are embedded across the centre.
Manage resources effectively
Oversee budgets, staffing, compliance, and operational efficiency to support sustainable centre performance.
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership and people management experience
Strong understanding of performance management within education or training environments
Excellent communication, motivation, and organisational skills
A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
Maths and English at Level 2 (or equivalent)
A management qualification would be an advantage

25 days holiday increasing by 1 day per year after 2 years continuous service – max 30 days
